Trolls will be trolls, but when does online commentary cross the line and how do you deal with the onslaught of negative feedback, or worse? Learn from top journalists in different arenas on their experiences and effective strategies for coping with the nuisances of public opining while female. This will not be a session on complaints, but a session with input from several journalists on building tools and skillsets to actively dissuade people from attacks before they happen as well as what recourse you have when it continues.

Trigger Warning: We will at some points in the panel discuss comments made to journalists that will refer to violence, sexual violence and personal threats.
