Karen is Boston-based publishing professional with a passion for writing, editing, and photography. Her experience includes the spectrum of print, web, and desktop publishing in both B2B and consumer media. Her work includes covering healthcare business news and reviewing consumer electronics to help people do what they do better in their professional and personal lives.

Having trained with The Washington Post photo department, Karen covered Capitol Hill and the White House for daily New England newspapers.

Karen graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in journalism and is certified in website development from The New England Institute of Art.

Karen is currently a Digital Web Producer for Partners HealthCare, the largest hospital system in Massachusetts.

She is a board member (2012-2014) and a former fellow (2011) of JAWS.
